Schedule:

Monday: Gym
Tuesday: Badminton
Wednesday: Gym
Thursday: Badminton
Friday: Gym
Saturday: BREAK
Sunday: Badminton.

Focus: 21km run in June 24th
           Must increase distance and speed gradually.
           Diet must change to more protein and fibre and less carbs.
           Tone up and lose weight!

Work and gym/badminton and skype.
